This includes eye infections, eye allergies, scratches in the eye, foreign body removal, spots in vision and any issues related to the health of the eyes. Price may vary depending on the complexity, frequency of follow-up visits and whether over the counter or prescribed drops, ointment or oral medications are recommended. We do not accept medical insurance for this visit.

DMV Eye Evaluation
Includes eye exam with dilation, retinal camera and visual field (side vision) test required by the Florida or any other state DMV. A report will be completed to be mailed to the Motor Vehicle authorities.
